Sister Estelle following in the footsteps of Darby remains a tropical storm despite the forecast for it to become one yesterday. Estelle’s failure to intensify to a hurricane remains something of an enigma given the overall favorable ocean according to the National Hurricane Center.  They are giving it another shot this evening to reach hurricane status.  We’ll see?
