Sister Madeline has been out of our hood for a couple of day but bears watching. She too is a Major Hurricane (Cat 4) and will approach the big Island of Hawaii probably Thursday as a Cat 1 hurricane.  There are several tracks with most passing just to the south of the island however there is at least one that puts the hurricane directly on the big island Thursday.  Regardless the big island will feel the effects of this storm.
